Warranty and Returns Policy
We only source top-quality parts and accessories from all over the world, and we stand 100% by the products we sell. But sometimes in rare cases, an item will have a manufacturing defect or be damaged in transit. In these rare cases, please phone us on 1300 260 072 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a claim. Our goal is to offer the fastest turnaround service if and when these cases happen.
We are confident in the quality of the goods we sell so, with certain exceptions, most items are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty. Some items have an extended warranty that will be clearly indicated in the listing for that item.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include the labour costs for installing the purchased item, nor does it include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.
We will do our best to see that the items you order are the correct ones, and although it is your responsibility to ensure that items you order are correctly specified for the intended vehicle or use, we may exercise the discretion to replace an item that you purchased but incorrectly specified.
Please note for orders paid with Afterpay, either cancellations or returns attract a 7% non refundable merchant charge of the total price which is non refundable.
Where the need for a return is established you will need to cover the costs of shipping/returning the item, we will offer you a replacement item or a refund as mandated by per Australian consumer law.
Please note the following items cannot be returned for credit:
- Electrical components - unless faulty
- Any item not in a re-saleable condition (excluding warranty claims)
