General info, how we deliver your purchases
- Our aim is to dispatch your items between 1 to 3 working days of your order being finalised, that is after full payment has been received and cleared.
- We use a variaty of couriers including Australia post, Startrack, Toll/Team Global Express, TNT and other various carriers. The carrier we select for your delivery depends on the delivery address, the size of the item, and which warehouse the item is being distpatched from.
- Deliveries to major cities(excluding NT and TAS) usually within 3-5 working days (although they are often quicker) after they have been dispatched. NT, TAS and regional locations delivery usually within 3-10 working days.
- Some deliveries may require a signature on delivery, if a signature is required and you are not available to accept the delivery then you may be required to collect your order from a designated Post Office or Freight Company depot.
- All items shipped have free transit insurance for loss or damage whilst in transit. It is the buyers responsibilty to provide a safe and secure delivery address and once an order is deemed delivered by the courier service provider either with or without your signature to your address, at this point the transit insurance coverage ends and we do not accept any liablity for items lost or stolen after the items have been delivered to your address.
